1. Who we are

This website is operated by an authorised channel partner marketing Trump Towers Noida (Sector 94), M3M Jacob & Co. Residences and Commercial Spaces (Sector 97) and M3M The Line Retail and Pentsuites (Sector 72). We are not the developer, and this is not the developer's official website. 2. What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form on this site:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your email address (optional)
• The project you are enquiring about
• Any message, budget or visit preference you add

Our host also records ordinary technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you submitted from, which we use for security and to spot spam submissions.

3. Why we collect it

• To call, SMS or WhatsApp you back with the price list, floor plans and payment plan you asked for
• To schedule and confirm a site visit
• To pass your enquiry to the developer or their authorised sales team so your booking can be registered against our reference
• To share subsequent launches or price revisions in these projects, until you ask us to stop

4. Consent and DNC/NDNC

By submitting an enquiry form you authorise us and our authorised representatives to contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp regarding that enquiry, even if your number is registered on the DNC/NDNC registry. You can withdraw this at any time — see section 8.

5. Who we share it with

Your details are shared only with the developer and their authorised sales team for the project you enquired about, and with the service providers who run this website's form delivery and email. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to any third party, and we do not share it with unrelated brokers.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as the project is being sold and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers to render the typefaces. If we run advertising campaigns, the pages may load Google or Meta tracking pixels to measure which ad your enquiry came from. You can block cookies from your browser settings without losing any function on this site.

8. Your choices

• Send you a copy of what we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your enquiry from our records
• Stop calling or messaging you

We act on such requests within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.

9. Accuracy of project information

All images on this site are artistic impressions taken from the developer's marketing material and are indicative only. Prices, unit sizes, layouts, specifications, amenities and possession timelines are as communicated by the developer and are subject to change without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Please verify every project on the UP RERA portal at www.up-rera.in/projects and read the developer's agreement before you pay anything.

10. Payments

We never collect booking amounts. All payments must be made by cheque, RTGS or NEFT directly into the developer's designated RERA collection account named in the project's registration. Do not transfer money to any personal account.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
